- Managing and nurturing key B2B accounts such as hotels, resorts, institutions, corporate clients, and destination partners.
- Identifying and developing new business and sales opportunities through collaborations aligned with Make It Happen’s ethos of heritage-led and experiential tourism.
- Building strong value propositions for partners by clearly articulating how MIH experiences enhance guest engagement, brand differentiation, and destination storytelling.
- Working closely with internal teams: Sales, Product, Operations, and Marketing, to ensure smooth onboarding, execution, performance tracking of partnerships and sales process improvements.
- Tracking pipelines, meticulous lead tracking and conversions, and revenue outcomes, and providing regular updates on business development progress.
- Oversee the Sales and Operations team, ensuring effective coordination, guidance, and clear reporting structures.
- Consistently meeting and exceeding the sales targets established by the company.
