Location- Sabine Hospitals and Research Centre, Tanur, Malappuram

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support and oversee the day-to-day operational activities of our hospital.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily hospital operations to ensure efficient workflow across departments.
- Monitor and improve operational processes, service quality, and patient satisfaction.
- Assist in implementing hospital policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical departments to resolve operational issues.
- Handle patient feedback and assist in service recovery initiatives.
Qualifications
- MBA or MHA
- Strong understanding of hospital operations, healthcare administration, and patient service management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hospital information systems is an advantage.
Salary should be based on interview performance & experience . Should be fixed at the time of interview

Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hospital operations, healthcare administration, or related functions.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Malappuram, Kerala (Malappuram): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
