We are seeking a focused Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the low-tension (LT) electrification scope for our defense infrastructure contracts under the Military Engineer Services (MES).
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the installation, cabling, and commissioning of all Low Tension systems, including Main LT Panels, Sub-Distribution Boards (SDBs), and feeder pillar boxes.
- Supervise comprehensive internal wiring, conduit layouts, lighting fixtures, and power points for institutional and accommodation structures, ensuring flawless coordination with ongoing civil structural works.
- Manage the preparation and submission of Material Approval Requests (MAR) for LT switchgear, cables, and fixtures to the Garrison Engineer (GE) / Assistant Garrison Engineer (AGE) teams.
- Inspect incoming electrical materials to ensure strict compliance with approved vendor lists, MES specifications, and relevant IS codes.
- Prepare and verify Joint Measurement Records (JMR) for LT electrical items and assist in drafting rate analyses for variation items based on the MES Standard Schedule of Rates (SSR)
