We are seeking a skilled and motivated Freelance Web3 Recruiter to join our team and help us identify, engage, and onboard top talent within the rapidly evolving Web3 ecosystem. As a Web3 Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in expanding our team by identifying individuals with expertise in blockchain, decentralized technologies, cryptocurrencies, and related domains. Your primary goal will be to source, assess, and attract candidates who are passionate about the decentralized web and its potential to reshape industries.
Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize a variety of channels, platforms, and networks to proactively identify and engage potential candidates in the Web3 space.
- Candidate Engagement: Initiate and maintain meaningful conversations with potential candidates, conveying the opportunities and benefits of working within the Web3 ecosystem.
- Screening and Assessment: Evaluate candidate profiles, skills, and experiences to ensure alignment with our organization's needs and values.
- Pipeline Management: Build and manage a qualified pipeline of Web3 professionals to ensure a steady stream of potential hires.
- Networking: Attend relevant industry events, conferences, and online communities to establish connections and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the Web3 space.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and other team members to understand role requirements, prioritize needs, and deliver exceptional recruiting outcomes.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and respectful candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.

Qualifications:
- 1+ years of solid understanding of blockchain technology, decentralized applications, cryptocurrencies, NFTs, and related concepts within the Web3 ecosystem.
- Demonstrated experience in technical recruitment, preferably within the blockchain, cryptocurrency, or related technology domains.
- A strong existing network within the Web3 space, including developers, designers, project managers, and other professionals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates effectively and articulate the value proposition of Web3 opportunities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple candidates and roles simultaneously.
- A track record of achieving recruiting targets and delivering high-quality candidates within specified timeframes.
- Collaborative: A team player who can work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align recruitment strategies with business goals.
