Job Title: SAP Project Manager – SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana (Candidates should be willing to travel across India as required)

Experience Required: 10+ years overall experience, including at least 5 years in SAP Project/Program Management
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred.
Job Summary
To lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in managing enterprise SAP transformation programs, stakeholder engagement, project governance, and successful cloud ERP delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the complete lifecycle of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation projects.
- Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and governance framework.
- Manage project risks, issues, budgets, and resource planning.
- Coordinate with cross-functional SAP teams, implementation partners, and business stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to SAP Activate methodology and project quality standards.
- Oversee testing, deployment, data migration, system integration, and post-go-live support.
- Drive organizational change management, user training, and adoption initiatives.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of overall professional experience with at least 5 years in SAP Project or Program Management.
- Proven experience managing full-cycle SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of SAP modules such as FICO, MM, and SuccessFactors.
- Knowledge of SAP Cloud Architecture, API/CPI integrations, and SaaS deployment models.
- Experience with Agile and Hybrid project delivery methodologies.
- Expertise in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, financial tracking, and risk management.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Activate methodology.
- Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
- SAP Certification and/or PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.
Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
