As a Scrum Master you will support Agile project delivery, project governance, compliance tracking, stakeholder management, and business analysis activities for technology transformation initiatives. You will act as both a facilitator of Agile ceremonies and a coordinator of governance and reporting, ensuring projects are delivered successfully and aligned with organisational standards.
What You'll Do and How You'll Succeed
Agile Delivery & Facilitation

Serve as Scrum Master and facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.

Drive continuous improvement and Agile best practices across teams.

Support project planning, milestone tracking, RAID management, and project coordination.
Governance & Reporting

Prepare governance reports, dashboards, executive updates, and PMO artefacts.

Track compliance deliverables, audit findings, regulatory obligations, and remediation actions.

Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.
Business Analysis & Requirements Management

Gather and document business requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.

Support technology transformation initiatives by aligning requirements with delivery models.
Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination

Coordinate stakeholders, vendors, and project teams to ensure successful delivery.

Provide clear communication and manage expectations across departments.

Experience

You have 8-10 years of experience as a Scrum Master/PMO related roles.

You have experience in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.

You have supported technology transformation or enterprise application projects.
Technical Expertise

You are skilled in Agile Scrum and Kanban practices.

You are proficient in project governance and PMO reporting.

You are experienced in business analysis and requirements management.

You are knowledgeable in compliance, risk, and audit tracking.

You are proficient with Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office.

You hold certifications such as CSM or PSM, PMP or PMI‑ACP, or ITIL Foundation (preferred).
