Position: Senior Enterprise Data Platform Engineer
Purpose of the Position: Lead the architecture and design of a modern enterprise data platform that enables scalable data products, analytics, AI, and business intelligence capabilities. The role is responsible for establishing enterprise data architecture standards, governance frameworks, engineering best practices, and technical oversight across multiple delivery teams.

Key Result Areas and Activities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Data Lakehouse solutions on AWS and Databricks
- Evaluate and onboard data sources to support analytics, AI, and Generative AI initiatives
- Design and optimize data pipelines, data models, and integration frameworks to enable reliable and efficient data processing
- Implement and maintain data governance, lineage, metadata management, and data quality practices across data platforms
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams to translate data and AI requirements into scalable data solutions
- Provide technical leadership to development teams, drive best practices, support solution design decisions, and ensure successful project delivery
