Job Summary
Medfin Hospitals is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Executive with hospital or healthcare background experience to support day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance within a hospital environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for hospital roles such as nurses, technicians, coordinators, and support staff.
- Source candidates through job portals, references, and internal databases.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with department heads.
- Handle employee onboarding and induction process.
- Maintain employee records and documentation.
- Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
- Coordinate payroll inputs such as attendance, leave, incentives, and deductions.
- Update employee data in HRMS systems.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain employee files.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and statutory requirements.
- Maintain records related to PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance.
- Support audits and maintain HR documentation.
- Handle resignation processes and exit formalities.
- Conduct exit interviews and coordinate full & final settlement
Experience Required
- 2–4 years of HR experience in Hospital or Healthcare Industry (Mandatory)
- Experience in handling hospital staff recruitment is preferred
- Hands-on experience in HR operations and employee management
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- MBA in HR
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
