We are seeking an experienced and innovative Technical AI Manager to lead the development, implementation, and optimization of AI-powered solutions across the organization. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business objectives and technical execution, working closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and AI/ML teams to deliver scalable and impactful AI products. This role requires strong technical expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Generative AI, along with proven leadership and project management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of AI and Machine Learning solutions.
- Manage and mentor AI Engineers, Machine Learning Engineers, Data Scientists, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to define AI product strategies, roadmaps, and technical requirements.
- Oversee the implementation and optimization of Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, Voice AI, and automation solutions.
- Drive prompt engineering, model evaluation, performance tuning, and AI quality assurance initiatives.
- Ensure AI models meet performance, scalability, reliability, security, and compliance requirements.
- Establish best practices for AI development, deployment, monitoring, and governance.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and tools to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Manage AI infrastructure, integrations, APIs, and cloud-based AI services.
- Monitor project timelines, resource allocation, risks, and technical deliverables.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business challenges into AI-driven solutions.
- Develop technical documentation, architecture designs, and implementation standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–15 years of experience in Software Engineering, AI/ML Development, Data Science, or related technical roles.
- 2–6 years of experience leading technical teams and AI projects.
- Strong expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, LangChain, or similar technologies.
- Experience working with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Azure AI, AWS AI Services, or equivalent AI platforms.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience with API development, model deployment, MLOps, and AI monitoring tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Healthcare AI
- Knowledge of vector databases, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), AI agents, and knowledge management systems.
- Experience implementing AI governance, model evaluation frameworks, and responsible AI practices.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product development processes.
- Experience managing enterprise-scale AI implementations and cross-functional technical teams.
