About the role
We’re looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to grow our client base and build long-term relationships. This role focuses on understanding client needs, presenting solutions, and converting opportunities into sustained business.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients across channels.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services or solutions.
- Nurture prospects through regular follow-ups to move them through the sales cycle.
- Work closely with marketing to coordinate campaigns and client outreach.
- Create and deliver clear, persuasive presentations and demos.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and client-facing documents.
- Keep accurate records of client conversations and sales activities.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
Who we’re looking for
- 0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
- Basic knowledge of the web/tech services landscape is a plus.
