Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SEO & SMO Executive / Digital Marketing Executive responsible for improving website visibility, organic traffic, search rankings, brand presence, and digital marketing performance.
The candidate will manage SEO activities for company websites and support social media marketing across platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
SEO & Website Optimization
Manage on-page, off-page, and technical SEO activities.
Improve website rankings for targeted product, category, and service keywords.
Optimize website pages, blogs, landing pages, meta tags, headings, URLs, internal linking, image optimization, and schema markup.
Monitor Google Search Console, Google Analytics, indexing, crawl errors, sitemap, robots.txt, and website performance.
Coordinate with website developers for technical SEO improvements.
Keyword Research & Content Optimization
Conduct keyword research for IT infrastructure, networking, telecom, ISP, wireless, fiber, router, switch, antenna, PoE, and related products.
Suggest SEO-friendly content ideas for blogs, product pages, and landing pages. Ensure content alignment with search intent, keywords, and internal linking strategy. Coordinate with product, sales, and content teams for accurate technical information.
Off-Page SEO & Backlink Management
Execute backlink activities including business listings, directories, guest posting, and brand mentions. Maintain backlink quality and avoid spam practices.
Prepare monthly SEO activity and backlink reports.
Social Media Optimization (SMO)
Manage social media activities for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms. Prepare monthly social media calendars.
Create and coordinate product posts, brand updates, campaigns, events, and promotional content. Write engaging captions, hashtags, and post descriptions.
Coordinate with designers for creatives, banners, reels, and marketing materials.
Schedule and publish approved social media content.
Track engagement, reach, impressions, and website traffic from social channels.
Digital Campaign & Product Promotion
Support product promotions, launches, campaigns, offers, and business initiatives. Coordinate with sales and product teams for campaign execution.
Manage digital content alignment with business goals.
Website Content Coordination
Coordinate website updates, product uploads, banners, and landing pages.
Ensure product pages contain accurate descriptions, specifications, images, and SEO elements. Identify and report website content gaps and improvement areas.
Reporting & Analytics
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly digital marketing reports.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of On-page SEO, Off-page SEO, and Technical SEO.
Experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
Knowledge of keyword research and ranking tracking.
Website audit and competitor analysis skills.
Basic understanding of WordPress / Shopify / CMS platforms.
Basic HTML knowledge preferred.
Social media management and content coordination skills.
Caption writing and hashtag research.
Good reporting skills using Excel / Google Sheets.
Understanding of networking, telecom, or IT products will be an added advantage.

Submit timely SEO and digital marketing reports.
Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
Improvement in keyword rankings. Growth in organic website traffic. Improvement in Google indexing. Reduction in technical SEO issues.
SEO optimization of product/category/blog pages. Quality backlink growth.
Consistent social media posting and engagement. Growth in social media reach and impressions. Website traffic generated through digital channels. Timely reporting and coordination with internal teams.
Note: Graphic designing, advanced video editing, and website development will be managed by respective teams unless specifically assigned.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
