- Minimum 2 years of experience in Hardware and Networking
- Good troubleshooting skills. Experience in
assembling/disassembling computer hardware and
components. Understanding of TCP/IP networking.
Analyzes, troubleshoots and resolves Tier 1 level
software & hardware issues for internal end users
Processes IT equipment/hardware and software delivery
and installation requests.
- Engages, delegates and coordinates Tier 2 & Tier 3
level issues to IT Team Members (i.e. Systems
Administrators) for issue resolution and support as
needed.
Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
