Key Responsibilities
Clinical Consultations: Conduct thorough patient assessments, including pulse diagnosis (Nadi Parikshan), to identify Dosha imbalances.Treatment Planning: Formulate and execute personalized Panchakarma protocols (e.g., Vamana, Virechana, Basti, Nasya, Raktamokshana).Supervision & Quality Control: Supervise therapists to ensure proper technique, preparation of herbal oils/decoctions, and adherence to hygiene standards.Patient Education & Follow-up: Guide patients on post-treatment diet, lifestyle modifications, and monitor progress.Record Management: Maintain accurate, confidential patient records and documentation
