Position Overview
We are looking for warm, caring, and experienced Mother Teachers who can teach all subjects and manage overall classroom learning for UKG to Grade 2. The ideal candidate should be child-friendly, patient, and passionate about working with young learners in a nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach all subjects (English, Math, EVS, Basic Hindi, Punjabi) as per CBSE curriculum.
- Create a joyful, safe, and engaging classroom atmosphere.
- Develop age-appropriate lesson plans, activities, worksheets, and teaching aids.
- Focus on foundational literacy, numeracy, and life-skills development.
- Monitor students’ progress, maintain records, and communicate regularly with parents.
- Manage classroom discipline with love, care, and positive reinforcement.
- Conduct assemblies, celebrations, competitions, and co-curricular activities for little learners.
- Support school events, excursions, and academic initiatives.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate with N.T.T / E.C.C.E / B.Ed (Primary) or equivalent.
- Prior experience of teaching Pre-Primary / Primary (UKG–Grade 2) preferred.
- Strong command over English; good communication and presentation skills.
- Pleasant personality, soft-spoken, patient and approachable nature.
- Ability to handle young children with love, care, and confidence.
- Creative, energetic, and capable of using innovative teaching methods.
- Basic computer proficiency (for smart classes, digital work, assessments).
