Job Summary:
Looking for a Post Sales professional to manage end-to-end customer post-sales process including booking, registration, billing, MIS reporting, and recovery. The role requires strong Excel skills, coordination abilities, and real estate process knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain MIS reports
- AOP Understanding & Calculation
- Manage complete post-sales process: Booking to billing
- Ensure strong recovery and follow-ups with clients
- Manage customer communication and issue resolution
- Coordinate with CRM, developer, and internal teams
- Handle registration, billing, and documentation
- Support handover / client engagement activities
Requirement:
· Graduate (Mandatory)
· 3–5 years’ experience in post-sales / real estate / CRM
· Own vehicle required
· Languages: English, Hindi, Marathi
· Excellent Excel skills (MIS, Pivot, VLOOKUP)
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
