Experience
- 15+ years of experience in Spinning Mills / Textile Manufacturing Industry.
- Proven experience in managing 2500+ workforce and 1 Lakh+ spindles.
Job Purpose
To lead the Human Resources and Industrial Relations function by driving people strategies, ensuring statutory compliance, maintaining harmonious industrial relations, and supporting business growth through effective workforce management.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Management
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead manpower planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement.
Industrial Relations & Compliance
- Maintain strong Industrial Relations and ensure full statutory compliance.
- Handle labour negotiations, disciplinary matters, grievance handling, and legal compliance.
HR Operations & Workforce Management
- Manage 2500+ workforce across manufacturing operations.
- Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, HRMS, and workforce productivity.
- Manage hostel administration, employee welfare, contract labour, and general administration.
Leadership & Reporting
- Lead and mentor the HR team.
- Prepare HR MIS, compliance reports, and support Management through HR analytics.
Key Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of Industrial Relations and Labour Law Compliance.
- Expertise in Hostel Management, Employee Welfare, and Administration.
- Experience in Factory HR, Payroll, and HRMS.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Hindi speaking is mandatory for effective handling of the migrant workforce.
Qualifications
- MBA (HR) / MSW / PGDHRM or equivalent.
- Degree in Law (LLB) will be an added advantage.
- Experience in Textile/Spinning Industry is preferred.
Pay: From ₹125,000.00 per month
