We are looking for an experienced and dynamic General Manager – Sales to lead our automobile sales operations.

Experience: 10+ years in Automobile Sales (Managerial Leadership Experience Mandatory)
Location: Asansol, West Bengal
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the entire sales team.
- Drive sales targets and business growth.
- Develop and implement sales strategies.
- Monitor dealership performance and profitability.
- Build strong customer relationships.
- Coach, mentor, and motivate the sales team.
- Coordinate with OEM and management for achieving business objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the automobile industry.
- Proven experience in leading dealership sales operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to achieve business targets and improve team performance.
Salary: Best in the Industry (Negotiable based on experience)
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
