SD Web Solutions is looking for a proactive Inside Sales Coordinator to manage leads, follow up with prospects, and support the sales team in closing deals. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a target-driven approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns
- Maintain and update CRM / lead database
- Schedule meetings for the Business Development team
- Assist in preparing proposals and client communication
- Achieve assigned sales and follow-up targets
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales / telecalling / coordination
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
- Organized, confident, and result-oriented personality
