Key Responsibilities- Business Development
- Identify and onboard doctors, clinics, hospitals, and corporates
- Generate new referrals and business opportunities
- Promote diagnostic services, test packages, and health checkups
Field Work
- Conduct daily field visits (doctor calls, hospital visits)
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Increase client engagement and retention
Sales & Targets
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Track leads, conversions, and revenue growth
- Focus on high-value and specialty tests
Coordination
- Coordinate with lab operations for smooth sample collection & reporting
- Follow up on pending reports and client issues
Market Intelligence
- Collect information on competitors, pricing, and market trends
- Identify new business opportunities
Reporting
- Submit Daily Visit Report (DVR)
- Maintain client database and sales pipeline
- Provide weekly/monthly performance reports
Eligibility
- Any Bachelor’s Degree (MBA preferred)
- 1–3 years experience in diagnostics / healthcare marketing
- Freshers with strong interest in sales can apply

Requirements
- Willingness for field work
- Two-wheeler preferred

Compensation
- Fixed salary + Incentives
- Travel allowance
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
