Job Summary
Udaan Career Hub is seeking a motivated and dynamic Admission Counselor to guide students and parents through the admission process for various educational programs. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, counseling abilities, and a passion for helping students achieve their academic and career goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
- Handle inquiries through phone calls, emails, social media, and walk-in visits.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of student inquiries, applications, and admissions.
- Assist students in completing application forms and required documentation.
- Coordinate with educational institutions and internal teams regarding admissions.
- Conduct admission seminars, career guidance sessions, and promotional activities.
- Meet monthly admission and enrollment targets.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in admissions, counseling, sales, or customer relationship management (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
