Your Mission
As an Area Manager, you will:
- Lead and mentor Branch Managers and Relationship Executives.
- Recruit, build and develop high-performing sales and relationship teams.
- Expand and strengthen Chit business across your assigned territory.
- Drive customer acquisition, collections and portfolio growth.
- Ensure healthy, compliant and profitable branch operations.
- Coach teams through field visits, joint customer meetings and regular reviews.
- Create a culture where trust, performance and customer service go hand in hand.
This role isn't about supervising people.
It's about creating leaders who inspire confidence in every customer and every team member.
