Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to conduct land and construction surveys, establish site control points, and ensure accurate setting out of project layouts. The ideal candidate should be proficient in using modern surveying instruments such as Total Station, Auto Level, DGPS, and GPS, with experience in residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct topographical, boundary, contour, and layout surveys for construction projects.
- Perform setting out and marking of buildings, roads, utilities, foundations, columns, and structural elements as per approved drawings.
- Establish and maintain permanent and temporary benchmarks and control points.
- Operate and maintain surveying equipment, including Total Station, Auto Level, DGPS, GPS, and Digital Level.
- Verify site levels, dimensions, alignments, and coordinates before and during construction.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, QA/QC Engineers, and Consultants for survey-related activities.
- Prepare survey reports, field notes, sketches, and measurement records.
- Interpret engineering drawings, layout plans, and survey maps.
- Carry out as-built surveys and prepare as-built drawings upon project completion.
- Monitor structural alignment and settlement where applicable.
- Ensure survey accuracy and compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
- Maintain calibration records and ensure proper handling of surveying instruments.
- Support quantity verification and measurement activities when required.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company procedures while performing field surveys.

- Experience in residential, commercial, industrial, highway, bridge, or utility projects is preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Hands-on experience with Total Station, DGPS, GPS, and Auto Level.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and execute precise site layouts.
- Strong knowledge of survey calculations, coordinates, and leveling.
- Willingness to work at project sites and travel as required.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
