Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical blood banking and donor care by motivating voluntary blood donors, conducting pre/post-donation counselling, and performing donor phlebotomy. This role focuses on ensuring donor safety, maintaining high-quality standards, and facilitating donor retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical/Nursing Responsibilities:
- Perform donor registration and screening (medical history, blood pressure, temperature, pulse).
- Perform venipuncture and phlebotomy for blood collection according to Standard Operating Procedures.
- Monitor donor vitals before, during, and after donation to manage any adverse reactions.
- Label blood bags and process samples accurately.
- Administrative & Compliance:
- Maintain accurate, confidential documentation of all donor records, blood units, and camp details.
- Collaborate with the technical team to identify rare blood types and manage inventory.
- Ensure compliance with Blood Bank regulations, safety protocols, and QMS (Quality Management System) .
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) or BSc Nursing with a valid State Nursing Council Registration.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, compassionate attitude, and ability to handle confidential information.
- Attributes: Empathy, patience, and the ability to work under pressure

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
