Key Responsibilities:
1.Lead and coordinate EcoVadis assessment submissions and renewals.Collect, analyze, and validate sustainability-related data.
2.Prepare and maintain ESG, CSR, environmental, and compliance documentation.Develop and update sustainability policies, procedures, and supporting evidence.
3.Support compliance with standards such as ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SA8000, SMETA, and related frameworks.Coordinate with internal departments to gather required information and documentation.
4.Monitor corrective actions and sustainability improvement plans.Track sustainability performance indicators and prepare management reports.Support customer sustainability questionnaires and audits.
5.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field.4–5 years of experience in EcoVadis assessments, ESG reporting, sustainability, or compliance roles.Strong understanding of sustainability frameworks and ESG principles.
6.Experience with ISO management systems and sustainability certifications.Excellent documentation, analytical, and communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
7.Preferred SkillsExperience with EcoVadis, CDP, GRI, SMETA, Sedex, or similar sustainability platforms.Knowledge of supply chain sustainability and responsible sourcing.Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
