About the Role We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR & Recruiter with experience in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should be capable of sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the hiring of restaurant and café staff while supporting basic HR operations. Key Responsibilities End-to-end recruitment for hospitality positions (Chefs, Commis, Stewards, Captains, Housekeeping, Cashiers, Managers, etc.) Source candidates through job portals, social media, WhatsApp groups, and referrals. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker. Follow up with selected candidates until joining. Prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation. Support employee onboarding and basic HR documentation. Ensure timely hiring as per business requirements.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
