Your Role
You’ll work directly with the partners to shape how the firm looks and sounds online. This is hands-on work with real impact.
Key Responsibilities
· Website Management: Update firm website with team profiles, blogs, and announcements. WordPress/Wix knowledge is a plus.
· Social media: Plan and manage LinkedIn & Instagram content to grow engagement and brand recall.
· Design: Create posters for festivals, due dates, webinars, and firm updates.
· Online Reputation: Coordinate Google Reviews and client feedback to strengthen our digital credibility.
· Branding Collateral: Design and maintain visiting cards, letterheads & email signatures.
· Team & Culture: Drive internal engagement activities and learning initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
· Strong written English and communication skills
· Working knowledge of Canva or similar design tools
· Familiar with LinkedIn, Instagram, and social trends
· Good design sense and attention to detail
· Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT and Canva AI to work faster
· Proactive, self-starter attitude
· Basic website editing skills preferred
Eligibility
Graduates/Postgraduates or students pursuing B. Com, BBA, MBA, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Design, or related fields. Freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome.
