Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Bengaluru, working primarily with US clients during night shifts. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing end-to-end lead generation activities, and building a strong sales pipeline for real estate services. The Business Development Executive will conduct market research, qualify prospects, schedule meetings or calls, and maintain accurate records in CRM tools. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams to prepare proposals, nurturing client relationships, and supporting account growth and retention. The role also requires regular reporting on business development activities and performance metrics to leadership.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in New Business Development and Business growth, with the ability to identify opportunities and convert them into revenue.

Candidates should possess effective Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, cold calling, email outreach, and CRM management.

Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken and written English and the ability to engage with international clients.

Candidates should possess Account Management skills to maintain client relationships, understand requirements, and support ongoing engagements.

Relevant experience in real estate, consulting, or sales/business development, preferably with international or US-based clients.

Comfort with night shift work aligned to US time zones and the ability to work on-site in Bengaluru.

Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with a proactive and goal-oriented approach.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
