Job Overview:
As an HR Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various positions for our client requirements. You will work closely with your respected team leader to understand the needs and help build a strong talent pipeline. - Talent Sourcing: Identify and source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, networking events etc.
- Screening and Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and schedule interviews with candidates.
- Candidate Engagement: Maintain regular communication with candidates to provide updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
- Database Management: Maintain and update the candidate database and track recruitment metrics.
