We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive for our solar energy division. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries, admin tasks, and tele calling, supporting Australian clients and ensuring a smooth and satisfying customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to solar energy solutions.
- Provide accurate information regarding solar products, installation status, billing, and maintenance.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage and update customer records, contracts, and service requests.
- Schedule site visits, maintenance, or follow-up calls with relevant internal teams.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and keep up-to-date with solar industry developments.
- Ensure adherence to Australian compliance and quality standards.
- Support admin tasks such as data entry, report generation, and documentation.
- Someone who is driven, up for a challenge, and has the ability to own responsibility and deliver results

- Ability to work independently and have a strong desire to learn quickly

Required Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in customer service, admin, or tele calling (solar industry preferred).
- Prior experience with Australian BPO/process is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Ability to handle customer issues with patience and professionalism.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Able to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines
- Will challenge the status quo, not afraid to make innovative recommendations and suggestion
- Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, English, Typing, Data Entry, Administrative capabilities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
