Tele Support Agent (Hindi & English)

Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Communicate fluently in both Hindi and English.
- Understand customer queries and provide accurate information or support.
- Resolve customer concerns or escalate issues when required.
- Maintain call records and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Follow company processes and service quality standards.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English (mandatory).
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a polite and professional attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to use CRM or MS Office.
- Ability to work in shifts, if required.
Preferred
- Prior experience in customer support, telecalling, BPO, or voice process is an advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply.
- 6 days WFO with rotational shifts
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
