Senior Engineer (Civil & Finishing)
- B.E. / B.Tech. in Civil Engineering
- Additional certifications in Quality, Safety, or Construction Management will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 8 to 14 years of experience in execution of high-rise residential and commercial building projects.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Civil & Finishing works of projects above 30 storeys.
- Experience in luxury residential projects preferred.
Job Purpose
To plan, coordinate, supervise, and monitor civil, structural, finishing, and interior works for a high-rise residential tower, ensuring completion within approved quality standards, timelines, safety requirements, and budgets.
Key Responsibilities
Civil & Structural Execution
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day execution of civil and structural works as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Ensure adherence to construction schedules and milestone targets.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams for seamless project execution.
- Monitor shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and related activities.
- Ensure compliance with approved methodologies and quality standards.
Finishing Works
- Execute and monitor finishing activities including:
- Internal & external plaster
- Tile and stone flooring
- Marble and granite works
- Painting and texture finishes
- Waterproofing works
- False ceiling works
- Façade and external finishing
- Joinery and carpentry works
- Common area and clubhouse finishing
- Ensure high-quality finishing standards for luxury residential developments.
- Conduct regular inspections and snag rectification.
Quality Management
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, IS Codes, and quality procedures.
- Conduct quality inspections and maintain quality records.
- Coordinate with QA/QC team for testing, approvals, and closure of observations.
- Ensure timely rectification of non-conformities and defects.
Planning & Coordination
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Coordinate with MEP teams for integrated project execution.
- Identify potential delays and recommend corrective actions.
Assist in resource planning, material management, and contractor deployment
Pay: ₹21,361.39 - ₹63,518.32 per month
