Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter with 1 to 1.5 years of recruitment experience. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be capable of managing the end-to-end recruitment process efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct telephonic and preliminary interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain recruitment databases and candidate records.
- Prepare and share recruitment reports as required.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
- 1 to 1.5 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
