The Talent & Culture (T&C) Operations Analyst plays a critical role in enabling the effectiveness, efficiency, and scalability of the Talent & Culture function. This role provides analytical, operational, and systems support across both Talent Engagement and People Operations, helping to streamline processes, maintain data integrity, generate insights, and improve the employee experience through technology, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment and enjoys improving how work gets done behind the scenes. The T&C Operations Analyst will focus on process support & improvement, documentation, and operational coordination to ensure Talent & Culture programs, processes and services run smoothly and effectively.
This role will report into the Manager, T&C Operations.
Talent Engagement Support

Support the operational execution and reporting of Talent Engagement programs and initiatives, including meet-ups, social impact, Affinity Group program, intern program and other talent-related programs.

Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics related to employee engagement and participation trends.

Assist with data compilation, and insight preparation for engagement and pulse survey initiatives.

Support system related tools such as Benevity and Espresa

Partner with the Talent Engagement team to identify operational improvements and opportunities to increase efficiency, consistency, and scalability.

Maintain templates, process documentation, communication trackers, and operational calendars for Talent Engagement programs.
People Operations Support

Provide administrative and operational support for core People Operations processes, including employee transactions, workflow coordination.

Support process documentation, standard operating procedures, knowledge articles, and internal guidance materials for People Operations activities.

Coordinate testing and quality assurance for system enhancements, new workflows, and process updates as needed.
Analytics, Systems, and AI Enablement

Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve reporting, automate routine tasks, support workflow efficiency, and enhance access to insights.

Assist in identifying use cases for automation, AI, and process simplification across Talent Engagement and People Operations.

Create and maintain dashboards, trackers, and operational tools that improve visibility and drive more informed decisions.

Support process mapping and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce manual work and improve user experience.
Operational Excellence

Maintain high standards of confidentiality, discretion, and data privacy in handling employee and organizational information.

Ensure operational processes are executed consistently and in alignment with internal policies, practices, and compliance requirements.

Support special projects, cross-functional initiatives, and team priorities as assigned.

Serve as a dependable operational partner to both Talent Engagement and People Operations by ensuring strong follow-through, organization, and attention to detail.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, or a related field

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel

Interest in HR, data and workforce analytics

Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail

Curiosity and strong learning agility when it comes to new tools, especially in AI and automation

Ability to handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality and care

Comfortable working across time zones in a fast-paced, global environment

India – (Flexible hybrid work model - work from Bangalore office for 20 days in a quarter)
Expected Working Hours
This role requires flexibility in working hours to maintain a regular overlap with Pacific Timeto support collaboration with U.S.-based teams.
