Guest Room Responsibilities:
- Cleaning & Sanitizing: Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing bathrooms (taps, mirrors, tubs), cleaning fixtures, and making beds.
- Linen & Amenities: Changing linens/towels, restocking toiletries, coffee, water, and other guest supplies.
- Room Presentation: Ensuring furniture is aligned, rooms are presentable, and amenities are stocked as per hotel standards.
- Privacy: Respecting "Do Not Disturb" signs and guest privacy.
Public Area & Back Area Duties:
- Common Spaces: Vacuuming lobbies/hallways, mopping floors, cleaning public restrooms, and maintaining elevators.
- Linen Handling: Managing soiled linen to laundry and receiving fresh supplies.
- Inventory: Tracking and managing cleaning supplies, guest supplies, and linen stock.
Operational & Guest Service:
- Maintenance Reporting: Identifying and reporting broken appliances, damages, or maintenance needs.
- Guest Requests: Promptly handling requests for extra pillows, supplies, or special services.
- Lost & Found: Collecting and turning in lost items to supervisors.
- Coordination: Working with Front Office for room status and Room Service for tray clearance.
Safety & Standards:
- Health & Safety: Following all hotel safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols.
- Security: Upholding hotel security standards, like key control.
