Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Tele Support Executive to join our real estate team in Chennai on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and experience in handling customer calls, follow-ups, and client coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to customer inquiries and real estate support
- Follow up with clients regarding property details, project updates, and site visits in Chennai
- Explain available real estate options clearly and professionally to customers
- Coordinate with sales and internal teams for smooth client handling and issue resolution
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication
Requirements:
- Experience in telecalling / customer support (real estate experience preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Chennai real estate market will be an added advantage
- Strong communication skills in English, Tamil, Malayalam, and Telugu
- Ability to manage multiple client follow-ups efficiently
- Self-driven and comfortable working in a part-time / remote setup
