Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing a team of sales executives, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process. Key Responsibilities: Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies. Generate and manage qualified leads. Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners. Monitor sales performance and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports. Coordinate with the marketing and telecalling teams to improve lead conversion. Negotiate and close property sales. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and post-sales support. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA is an added advantage). 3–8 years of experience in real estate sales, with team handling experience preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office. Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
