Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students through the admission process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and counselling skills, be able to understand students' educational needs, and help them choose the right course.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students regarding courses, eligibility, and career opportunities.
Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate admissions.
Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Explain course details, fee structure, scholarships, and admission procedures.
Maintain accurate student records in the CRM system.
Meet monthly admission and conversion targets.
Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams for smooth enrollment.
Address student queries and provide excellent customer service.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
