Job Summary:
We are seeking a result-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities and drive growth for our digital marketing services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales acumen, and a good understanding of digital marketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research
- Pitch digital marketing services (SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Branding, etc.) to potential clients
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable marketing solutions
- Schedule and conduct client meetings (online/offline)
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and presentations
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets
- Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain records of sales activities and update CRM regularly
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role (preferably in digital marketing)
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, SEM, Social Media, etc.)
- Ability to generate leads and convert them into clients
- Target-oriented with a proactive approach
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines
- Knowledge of proposal writing and client handling

- Monthly/quarterly sales targets

Salary: Fixed + Incentives (Performance-based)
