Job Summary
We are looking for a data-driven and result-oriented Performance Marketing Manager to lead and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple online platforms. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, analyzing, and scaling paid marketing campaigns to generate leads, increase conversions, improve ROI, and drive business growth.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in paid advertising, campaign optimization, analytics, audience targeting, and digital growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage paid digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads
- YouTube Ads
- Display & Remarketing Campaigns
- Develop strategies to increase lead generation, website traffic, conversions, and ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
- Analyze campaign metrics including CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and ad copies to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Coordinate with creative and content teams for ad creatives, videos, and campaign materials.
- Manage SEO, SEM, email marketing, and retargeting activities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Track marketing funnels and customer acquisition performance.
- Research market trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing tools.
- Ensure campaigns align with brand positioning and business goals.
- Manage digital marketing budgets effectively for maximum performance outcomes.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Business Suite.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and conversion optimization.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Understanding of customer acquisition funnels and lead generation strategies.
- Excellent communication and campaign management skills.
- Creative thinking with performance-focused execution.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Preferred Certifications in:
- Google Ads
- Google Analytics
- Meta Advertising (Preferred)
Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- Experience handling paid campaigns with measurable ROI outcomes.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
