Role: Creative Video Editor (Remote)
Job Role:
We are looking for a highly creative Video Editor who understands modern short-form content and can produce viral-quality Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media videos using AI-powered workflows.
This is not a basic video editing role. We are looking for someone who can think like a content creator, understand audience retention, and create edits that keep viewers watching.
Key Responsibilities
· Create high-retention Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
· Edit videos with strong hooks, storytelling, fast pacing, captions, animations, transitions, sound design, and motion graphics.
· Use AI tools to speed up production and improve quality.
· Repurpose long-form videos into multiple engaging short-form clips.
· Follow the latest editing trends and continuously bring fresh creative ideas.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to create content that drives views, engagement, and leads.
Required Skills
· Strong portfolio of high-quality Reels and short-form videos.
· Expert-level proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar software.
· Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Runway, Kling, Veo, Opus Clip, Captions, HeyGen, or similar.
· Excellent understanding of storytelling, pacing, retention techniques, and social media trends.
· Ability to create dynamic subtitles, motion graphics, visual effects, and polished edits.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
