The selected candidate will be responsible for generating and following up with leads, explaining rooftop solar solutions to customers, conducting customer visits, preparing quotations, and converting enquiries into successful installations. Responsibilities - Generate and follow up on sales leads. - Contact customers through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels. - Understand customer electricity requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions. - Conduct field visits and meet potential customers. - Explain solar system benefits, pricing, financing options, and government subsidy processes. - Prepare and share quotations with customers. - Follow up regularly until the customer confirms the order. - Coordinate with the installation and project teams when required. - Maintain proper customer and sales records. - Achieve assigned sales and business development goals. Requirements - 12th pass or any degree. - Freshers are welcome to apply. - Previous sales experience is an advantage. - Good communication and convincing skills. - Tamil communication is required; basic English is preferred. - Willingness to travel for customer meetings and field visits. - Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred. - Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
