Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple online channels to enhance brand visibility, generate quality leads, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Marketing Strategy
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Identify growth opportunities and recommend innovative marketing initiatives to improve overall performance.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
2. Content Creation & Marketing
- Create engaging, high-quality content for social media platforms, websites, blogs, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.
- Develop compelling marketing copy to improve engagement and conversions.
3. Social Media Management
- Manage and grow the company's presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
- Plan content calendars, schedule posts, engage with audiences, and monitor platform performance.
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads and App Promotion campaigns.
- Track engagement metrics and recommend strategies to increase reach and audience growth.
4. Email Marketing
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to generate leads, nurture prospects, improve customer retention, and drive conversions.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize email marketing strategies based on key metrics.
5. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
- Conduct keyword research and implement both on-page and off-page SEO best practices.
- Monitor website performance and recommend improvements to enhance visibility.
6. Paid Advertising
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage campaign budgets, monitor performance metrics, and maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
7. Analytics & Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other reporting tools.
- Generate actionable insights and recommend improvements based on campaign data.
- Prepare regular performance reports for management.
8. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, creative, and business development teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business goals.
- Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners whenever required.
RequirementsEducation
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Experience
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or a similar role.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.
- Excellent content writing, copywriting, and communication skills.
- Sound understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, lead generation, and performance marketing.
- Ability to analyze campaign data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
