About the Role
Educadd is looking for a passionate and experienced BIM Software Trainer to join our growing team. If you have strong knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and enjoy teaching and mentoring aspiring professionals, we'd love to hear from you.
As a BIM Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training, developing industry-ready skills among students, and helping them build successful careers in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and online training on BIM software.
- Train students on Autodesk Revit (Architecture, Structure & MEP), Autodesk Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC/BIM Collaborate), and other BIM-related applications.
- Explain BIM concepts, workflows, standards, and industry best practices.
- Prepare lesson plans, practical exercises, assignments, and assessments.
- Conduct live project-based training and real-world case studies.
- Guide students in developing BIM portfolios and capstone projects.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Keep course content updated with the latest industry trends and Autodesk technologies.
- Support placement activities through technical interviews, resume preparation, and career guidance.
- Participate in workshops, seminars, webinars, and technical events organized by Educadd.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of BIM concepts and workflows.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Autodesk Revit
- Autodesk Navisworks
- Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
- BIM Collaborate
- AutoCAD
- Understanding of BIM Execution Plans (BEP), clash detection, coordination, and model collaboration.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and teaching skills.
- Ability to simplify technical concepts for learners.
- Passion for mentoring and developing future BIM professionals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Autodesk certifications are an added advantage.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
