Job Tittle: Technical Trainer
We are hiring a technical trainer to teach students full stack web development and artificial intelligence. You will design lesson plans, lead hands-on coding classes, and help learners build real-world software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Curriculum: Build step-by-step training materials for coding and AI.
- Teach Classes: Lead daily coding sessions in a classroom or online.
- Build Projects: Guide students as they build web and AI apps.
- Grade Work: Test student code and share helpful feedback.
- Keep Up to Date: Learn new coding tools and AI models.
Required Technical Skills:
- Web Basics: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Front-end: Frameworks like React or Angular.
- Back-end: Server tools like Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), or Java (Spring Boot).
- Databases: SQL and NoSQL (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
- AI Knowledge: Python, machine learning basics, and how to use AI APIs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience: 2 years of working in coding or teaching.
- Education: Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Soft Skills: Great communication skills, Confidence in public speaking with no stage fear, and a passion for mentoring and guiding others.
