The Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and expanding the company’s market presence in the assigned region. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, developing strategies, and leading the sales team effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets
- Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base
- Manage and strengthen dealer / distributor / client relationships
- Conduct field visits and market analysis to understand customer needs
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team for better performance
- Monitor sales performance and prepare reports for management
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for business growth
- Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support
Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in sales (preferably automobile / EV industry)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Leadership and team management ability
- Target-oriented and result-driven mindset
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
