We are looking for an HR Generalist/HR Executive who would be responsible for the below mentioned Responsibilities:
Job Summary:
The HR Generalist/HR Executive will play a vital role in supporting the HR department with a focus on employee relations, HR operations, and administrative tasks. This role involves coordinating various HR activities, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and contributing to a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling end to end recruitment ( IT Recruitment)
- Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and induction programs.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Handle Payroll
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in physical and electronic formats.
- Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollment and changes.
- Assist in organizing and conducting employee training and development initiatives.
- Collaborate with managers on performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
- Assist in the preparation and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Generate HR reports and data analysis to support decision-making.
- Participate in HR projects, initiatives, and events as required.
- Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Handle confidential information and sensitive matters with discretion.
- Contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture through engagement activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- years of experience in HR roles, demonstrating a strong foundation in HR functions.
- Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing HR challenges.
- Interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
