Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Event Management Executive who can connect with potential clients, understand their event requirements, and convert leads into successful bookings.This role combines client interaction, coordination, and sales, making it perfect for candidates who enjoy speaking with people, managing requirements, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact clients through assigned leads and initiate conversations
- Understand client requirements for events (weddings, functions, etc.)
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to gather quotations
- Present proposals and pricing clearly to clients
- Follow up with clients and handle queries effectively
- Convert leads into confirmed sales/bookings
- Maintain and update client data in CRM / Google Sheets
- Ensure smooth coordination between clients and vendors throughout the process
Required Skills
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Interest in sales and client handling
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
- Quick learner with a proactive attitude
