Job description:
Position: Project Engineer - Automation
Responsibilities and Duties:
Preferred Industries: Manufacturing of – Process Equipment food/pharma/powder handling equipment’s
1. Experience in costing, estimation of MCC (single front/double front, non-compartmental panels) APFC,VFD, PCC Panels, Automation Panels(PLC, HMI, SCADA),Siemens PLC- s7300,400 & 1500, Allen Bradley, etc
2. Developing & maintaining tools & procedures for engineering & testing of SCADA
3. Must have worked on Tool: AutoCAD Electrical.
4. Panel Integration from technician and guidance to the at Site
5. Experience in system engineering, FAT and Commissioning of PLC / HMI System for Food/Pharma & Chemicals powder handling equipment’s for Medium to large projects.
6. Making Bill of Material (BOM) and Bill of Quantity (BOQ)
7. Designing documentation as per ISO & CE Standard.
8. Development of HMI Screens, Parameters Screens, Alarm Management, History data management, Asset management
9. Developer cost estimates and coordinate proposals for assigned estimation projects.
10. Create material lists and detailed drawings for substation project support.
11. Review the project status with all concerned department from time to time and, ensure the
progress of every project as per schedule.
12. Site visits if required
Experience: above 3 Year
Qualification: Diploma/B.E/B.Tech. - Electrical Electronics /Instrumentation/ Electronic Communication
