The VMC Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Visual Monitoring Center (VMC), ensuring continuous monitoring, timely incident response, team supervision, and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs). The role focuses on maintaining operational efficiency, quality, and compliance while supporting business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage VMC operators during assigned shifts.
- Monitor CCTV systems, alarms, and other surveillance platforms.
- Ensure prompt identification, reporting, and escalation of incidents.
- Maintain accurate incident logs, reports, and shift handover documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and security protocols.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to team members.
- Coordinate with security teams, facility management, and other stakeholders during incidents.
- Schedule staff shifts and manage attendance.
- Monitor system health and report technical issues to the IT or maintenance team.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Support audits, investigations, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Train new team members on VMC procedures and systems.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
