Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Public Relations Manager to build and maintain the company's brand image and strengthen relationships with media, influencers, clients, and business partners. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and experience in brand promotion, corporate communications, and public relations within the fashion or retail industry.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective PR and brand communication strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media houses, influencers, and fashion bloggers.
- Coordinate product launches, promotional campaigns, and brand events.
- Prepare press releases, company announcements, and promotional content.
- Manage the company's public image across online and offline platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing and social media teams to enhance brand visibility.
- Handle media inquiries and represent the company during public events.
- Organize exhibitions, fashion events, and corporate networking activities.
- Monitor public perception and manage brand reputation.
- Identify partnership opportunities with influencers and industry stakeholders.
- Assist in planning seasonal marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Prepare PR reports and evaluate campaign performance.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong networking and relationship management abilities.
- Knowledge of branding, media relations, and corporate communications.
- Experience in influencer marketing and event coordination.
- Good presentation and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms.
Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Mass Communication, Journalism, or Business Administration.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Public Relations, Branding, or Corporate Communications.
- Experience in the Fashion, Textile, or E-commerce industry will be an added advantage.
